Life After MLM features true stories, survivor testimonials, expert insights, and heartfelt discussions about the dangers and harms of cults, frauds, scams and multilevel marketing. The podcast aims to break the silence surrounding 'failure' in a system intentionally set up for most to fail. Roberta Blevins, whistleblower from LuLaRich, the explosive documentary from Amazon Prime, has dedicated her life to uncovering the truth about these manipulative systems and helping victims share their stories and affect change.

The Dream
LAMLM was born out of the pandemic; unemployed, newly single, and hot off testifying against LuLaRoe in the Washington Pyramid Scheme case, Roberta needed an outlet for healing. Being able to tell her story on an international platform in LuLaRich brought a much needed catharsis she wanted to be able to provide for others.
What started off as a pursuit to answer personal questions about the inner workings of MLMs evolved into so much more. From high demand groups to white collar crime, the parallels between these schemes are shocking. Once you start down the rabbit hole, you realize it’s more of an ant farm.
On Life After MLM, we want to give victims of these scams a place to tell their own story, in their own words and feel confident knowing they are helping future victims heal as well.
The Team
For the first few years, Life After MLM was a solo project imagined, built, and grown by Creator/Producer/Host Roberta Blevins (she/her). As the audience of the show and the Anti-MLM movement in general has expanded and evolved, so has the team behind LAMLM. Attentive listeners will remember a personal business goal Roberta had: to grow the podcast & community to the point of both needing and being able to hire help with it all in 2023.
As someone literally known for her boss-babery, Roberta, of course, crushed this goal and is ecstatic to have been able to bring on three contracted teammates. Keep scrolling to learn more about the folks behind the scenes!

RK Gold is a Certifiable Bad Ass video editor based out of New Orleans. After graduating from UMD with a BA in English, RK went on to achieve his Masters degree in Economics from UB. Fortunately for YouTube (and Roberta), in addition to writing fiction and NOLA tour itineraries, RK's passion lies in video editing.
